Important Information For Parents
Please be sure your child's full name is on any forms you are sending to school.
The office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please do not drop off your students prior to 7:50 a.m. for their safety and security. Parents can drop off their students in front of the building. Please do not park or stand in the drop off area, as this will impede the flow of traffic. Parents must park in the staff parking lot if their child arrives after 8:00 a.m. and sign their child in at the office. All parents are asked to follow this request.
A note is required when picking up your child. Please have your child give the note to his/her teacher that morning and the teacher will notify the office. If someone else is picking up your child, please state so in the note. If we do not have a note, the student will be placed on his/her bus to go home. Students being picked up at dismissal will be exiting the building from the side door by the staff parking lot. Please park your car in an available space and do not block any parked cars. Parents are required to come to the office and sign their child out for early pick ups. The District requests that these be kept to a minimum so as not to disrupt the student's school day.

Emergency Information please make changes in red this information is vital in the case of an emergency.
Medical Authorization Form
Insurance Form we will forward them to the insurance agency for you. The insurance company does not provide a receipt. Your cancelled check is your receipt.
Wayne County YMCA Afterschool Program
The Wayne County YMCA is once again conducting their Afterschool Program at the North Primary School. The program will run Monday to Friday from dismissal to pick up no later than 5:30 p.m. The Y may be contacted at 253-2083.
